Frye has temporarily paused the Spotswood development!
So, Colonial Williamsburg’s developer has officially withdrawn its Spotswood applications. Click HERE to see letter from attorney Vernon Geddy, III, now posted on the City’s webpage. It is clear from the letter that Colonial Williamsburg and its developer will be back.
A NOTE ON SIGNS: The City has requested that we remove our signs in accordance with local law. So, it is time to store those signs away until CW files again. If you can’t or don’t want to store your signs, I will swing by and pick them up; just email me at fraser@crsd.info.
I will send out another Newsletter this week discussing next steps, but for now wanted to make sure we protect one of our most valuable assets. Man, those signs really turned some heads!!!
